How can I view completed/finished tickets?
You can view completed tickets by heading to Tickets/Customers > All Tickets.
Click on “Expand Search Form” and set the “Hide Finished” to “No” and then click on the “Filter Tickets” button as shown in the below screenshot.
You can also use the top search bar if you know one of the following.
- Ticket number
- Customer name
- Ticket Short Info
