Users can manage the notifications that he/she wants to get for the activities that go on in his account. He/She can turn on/off email notifications for the following by checking/unchecking the box against each:
Please head to “Settings” and then “Notifications” tab to enable the notifications.
Ticket |
1 – Receipt to the customer when a new repair ticket is created |
2 – Invoice to the customer when an invoice was created |
