Users can manage the notifications that he/she wants to get for the activities that go on in his account. He/She can turn on/off email notifications for the following by checking/unchecking the box against each:

Please head to “Settings” and then “Notifications” tab to enable the notifications.

Ticket
1 – Receipt to the customer when a new repair ticket is created
2 – Invoice to the customer when an invoice was created
17 – Notify customer when the repair was completed and it’s ready to be picked up
18 – Notify customer when the repair was not possible
21 – Notify customer when public comment was added to any ticket
3 – Alert to repairer when a new repair is assigned
4 – Alert to repairer & shop-admin if a ticket has passed due date.
10 – Notify shop-admin when a hidden comment was added to any ticket
11 – Notify shop-admin when a new ticket was created
13 – Notify repairer & shop-admin when customer replied to the ticket
14 – Notify shop-admin when ticket status was changed
30 – Notify shop-admin when a new RMA ticket was created
Customer
29 – Customer Portal Account setup email
7 – Notify shop-admin when the new customer was created
22 – Notify shop-admin when customer unsubscribed from the mailing list
Clock
8 – Notify shop-admin when employee clocked in or out
9 – Notify shop-admin when employee edited time clock entry
Appointment
6 – Notify customer when the new appointment was created
12 – Notify employee & shop-admin when the new appointment was created
28 – Notify employee & shop-admin when an appointment was modified
Estimate
25 – Estimate to the customer when an estimate was created
26 – Follow Up 3 days after a Quote was sent to the customer
Lead
23 – Notify shop-admin when a new lead was created
24 – Alert to repairer when a new lead is assigned
Purchase Order
15 – Notify shop-admin when the purchase order was created
16 – Notify shop-admin when purchase order passed due date and some items still left to be delivered
Part Order
5 – Notify customer when out of stock part is received
Other
19 – Notify shop-admin when product is on low quantity
20 – Notify shop-admin when the product’s stock has been expired
31 – Notify shop-admin when someone overrides the product price in POS sale / Repair Ticket
27 – Notify supplier when inventory is low
