How to delete a repair ticket?

If you can’t delete a ticket due to the packages (the ones with the limitations on the number of tickets) we offer, however, if sales fall through, you can always change the ticket status to “Repair not required” or “Not repairable”. It’s also nice to know how many tickets (sales) fall through.

Please note: If you are on the FREE FOR LIFE or REGULAR plan, there are monthly limits on the number of support tickets you can create. As a result, the option to delete tickets is disabled to ensure accurate tracking of your ticket usage.
